Hi, I'm Brian!

On the 8th of October 2013, I experienced my first day clean after 15 years of chronic heroin addiction. Instead of perceiving my addiction as a failure, I embraced a second chance at life and went to university to study the intricacies of human behaviour.

Since then, I have become an author, keynote speaker, radio presenter, PhD student, life-change strategist, and university lecturer.

With a relentless belief that we are what we think, my mission is to show people that change is possible, demonstrating actionable steps through a lived experience.
